We had an especially tricky installation to replace an old ceiling fan/heater/light fixture in a 1920’s house bathroom with a modern new one. Todd used creativity and tenacity to make it work resulting in a beautiful, quiet finished appliance. I recommend him highly, in particular for the tough jobs that others may not be able to handle.

Todd is amazing. He replaced the wood siding and sanded it so you can’t even tell it was ever rotted. We had squirrels damaging the wood near the roof and you can’t tell it was ever damaged. He painted and it is like magic because you can’t tell where we had repairs so we don’t have to repaint. Our neighbors were impressed by how nice the front of the house looks.
